An event every week that begins at 9:00am on Monday, happening 3 times
Strong Body, Strong Mind is an energizing class that starts with an inspirational reading and rolls into a high-intensity workout that incorporates, cardio, strength, dance, kickboxing, and some partner work. All of this to a rocking playlist to inspire. We end with a short yoga inspired stretch (10 mins) and a guided relaxation (10 mins). The goal is to leave you feeling ready to take on anything life has coming your way. Meet in the Library Amphitheatre. Classes start at 9:00 am and run about an hour and fifteen minutes.
By donation, a portion of which will benefit the library.
