Strong Body, Strong Mind is an energizing class that starts with an inspirational reading and rolls into a high-intensity workout that incorporates, cardio, strength, dance, kickboxing, and some partner work. All of this to a rocking playlist to inspire. We end with a short yoga inspired stretch (10 mins) and a guided relaxation (10 mins). Come enjoy breathtaking views of the Camden Inner Harbor while communing with the large oaks and the sister breezes. Revel in the sky above and the Earth beneath your feet while practicing a simultaneously deeply grounded, and uplifting sequence of Yoga poses all linked with the breath. Donations accepted with a portion of the proceeds donated to Camden Public Library. Ongoing series, Tuesday mornings July 11 through August 15.

Read and chat – entirely in Spanish! This Spanish language reading and conversation group  will continue on “second and fourth Tuesday” meetings  at 1:00 pm at the Camden Public Library. We’ll chat in Spanish about what we’re reading (books, magazines, etc.) and decide how to proceed.
