Fall Leaf Streamers – Free Creative Workshop with Joelle Webber!

Join us for some paper fun! Let’s create a streamer of fall leaves to decorate the season. In shaping our leaves we will learn paper sculpting techniques such as scoring, curling and crimping. Students are encouraged to bring their favorite papers and ribbons. Tools and leaf patterns will be provided.

Joelle Webber has spent forty years collecting book arts techniques in college & workshop settings. At Mermaid Bindery she binds books and boxes for others. As well as writing, paper decorating, collage, calligraphy, pop-up & paper sculpting to illustrate her own artist books. Building on these creative techniques, she designs workshops for many different communities of makers.
