Jumpstart January: Sculpted Paper Flowers with Joelle Webber – Sign Up Now!

Join Joelle Webber for a workshop to make Sculpted Paper Flowers on Tuesday, January 7, at 4:30 p.m.! Using techniques like, cupping, curling, scoring, spiraling, crimping and fringing, we will create a paper bouquet of asters, daisies, poppies, roses, lilies, dandelions, cone flowers and more. Materials & tools will be provided, but feel free to bring your favorite papers. We require sign ups so we know how many materials to provide (but walk-ins are welcome).

There is a $10 fee to help cover the cost of supplies and goodies. Bring your material fee in cash or check to the workshop. Material fees for Jumpstart January programs support the library and help us cover the cost of workshops.

Joelle Webber has spent forty years collecting book arts techniques in college & workshop settings. At Mermaid Bindery she binds books and boxes for others. As well as writing, paper decorating, collage, calligraphy, pop-up & paper sculpting to illustrate her own artist books. Building on these creative techniques, she designs workshops for many different communities of makers.
