New Group! Embroideresses of the Sewing Circle: Sewing Circles

This new group, Embroideresses of the Sewing Circle, will meet on most 2nd and 4th Saturdays, 10 AM – 12 PM in the Picker Room. We are a friendly and meditative group of people creating circles or “mandalas” with colorful and various stitches in the search of emotional calm and mental & spiritual wisdom. We welcome any in curiosity of the same wonderment and delight.

Please drop-in or attend regularly. Bring an 8” square of felt and your sewing paraphernalia, plus your Gentle Self, and be gladly received. We include all skill levels.

Handwork Heals.

This group is led by Robinsunne, a local mixed-media fiber artist. She has taught at the Library during some Jumpstart Januarys, and exhibited in the past two Accordion Book Shows hosted by Amy Hand. She also contributes to and trades with the Artist Trading Card box at the front desk.
